The Minister of Tourism and Consumer Affairs, Jose Pablo Ruiz Abellán, accompanied by the mayor of Los Alcazares, Encarnación Gil, opened last night sculptural arch entrance to the municipality from Cartagena.

This installation of 10 meters high, is an A, Corten steel lined with an interior walkway, simulating a typical seaside resort of Mar Menor.

This action, which has funding of 600,000 euros, has been carried out using a multi-year agreement between the Ministry of Tourism and Consumption and the Commonwealth Tourist Consortium of the Mar Menor.

The set comes complete with the lighting of the roundabout and the water source is installed inside.
