The general manager of Consumer Affairs, Commerce and Handicrafts, Ana Cobarro, moved this week to Badajoz to support the work of the City of Los Alcazares, recognized in the Special Mention National Awards of Commerce awarded the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.
This award was collected by the first Deputy Mayor and Councillor of Commerce of Los Alcazares, Maite Olmos, and Ana Cobarro, from the Secretary of State for Trade, Jaime García-Legaz.
The Special Mention awarded to Los Alcazares is a recognition of the work carried out by the municipality and by traders to improve and promote trade in Los Alcazares.
This award belongs to the category of National Award Councils having an honorific and is intended to reward the performances of commercial urban renewal in the inner city and trade support.
This is the second consecutive year that Los Alcazares has been awarded by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.
This year were delivered in three national awards Badajoz five second prizes and 18 mentions;
a total of 26 winning eleven regions, namely Andalusia, Aragon, Asturias, Castilla y León, Catalonia, Extremadura, Galicia, Madrid, Murcia, Basque Country and Valencia and one of the autonomous city of Ceuta.
