The Councillor for Sports, Nicolas Ruiz and the director of Gesport360, Alberto Niño, have closed the deal for Los Alcázares to host the I International Beach Tennis Open Mar Menor 2016, which will take place on the beach of Las Palmeras Los Narejos 23 to 25 September.
The open tournament organized Gesport360 and Max Sports Events with the city of Los Alcázares, will be held in male, female, mixed and amateur mode and will feature a recreation area.
It is expected the participation of players from around the world including the presence of dozens of athletes from Russia.
In addition, the tournament will feature many of the members of the Spanish Beach Tennis Team that won the bronze medal at the World Championships in Moscow in 2015.
